JIC RELEASE NO. 685 - Two of 253 Test Positive for COVID-19; Governor Leon Guerrero Signs Executive Order No. 2021-11; GDOE Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19; UPDATED: COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Schedule; UPDATED: Food Commodities Distribution Co

Two (2) new cases of COVID-19 were identified out of 253 tests performed Tuesday, May 25. To date, there have been a total of 8,143 officially reported cases of COVID-19 with 139 deaths, 48 cases in active isolation, and 7,956 not in active isolation. The CAR Score is 0.2.
 
 
 

Guam Immunization Program has a new website!

The Guam Immunization Program proudly announces the launch of its new website, found at: www.GetImmunizedGuam.org . The new website works across all modern devices, including smartphones and tablets. Plus, it works equally great on iOS and Android devices, as well. This new website is packed with usefult information about immunizations, vaccines, health, safety, and more. Plus, the website offers a library of resources for families including posters and videos. In addition, the website provides a list of forms and documents which can be easily downloaded from the website. Guam Receives First Shipment of COVID-19 Vaccines

Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) Director Arthur San Agustin announced the arrival in Guam of the first 3,900 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The doses were sent as part of the initial nationwide shipments that followed the Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on December 12.
